experiences, workshops and family-days

The Eemlandhoeve stimulates the senses and offers a variety of creative, recreational and culinary workshops for both adults and children.

Would you like to do something really different for once with your family, friends, colleagues or children?  Try one or more of the Eemlandhoeve workshops!  You'll be surprised by the unexplored sides of yourself and each other that are discovered.  These workshops and activities are offered to groups upon request.  It is also possible to combine multiple workshops or activities.  We can also make arrangements to include lunch or a warm meal in your visit.  For prices and reservations (see below).

• A simple group visit to the Eemlandhoeve: you are welcomed with coffee and tea and Spakenburg cake, after which you can hear the story of the farm and have a tour of the grounds, visit the farm store, or simply enjoy the beauty of the outdoors.
• Creative workshops: painting, drawing, clay modelling, sculpture, photography, drama, dance, music, decorative creations, etc.
• Recreational activities: a variety of sport and recreational activities, 'polder-sport', kayaking, hut building, playing with hay bales, willow branches, carpentry, helping feed the animals, making hay, etc.
• Culinary workshops: outdoor cooking, delicious food, creating something for each other.
• Family days: a special day spent together with your children/grandchildren at the Eemlandhoeve; combined with regional products, a tour of the farm and activities for the children, etc.
• Educational/recreational school trips: (see education)

The Landscape House is the centre for creative activities at the Eemlandhoeve.  The farm also has many other places that are perfect for carrying out activities (see map).
